Responsibilities:
As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment at our designated location in Miami, Florida. Your primary duties will include:
- Standing post and watch to deter unauthorized access
- Checking in authorized users and visitors
- Responding to and de-escalating potential altercations or misunderstandings
- Maintaining a professional demeanor while conducting security duties
- Keeping a daily log of activities and incidents when necessary
- Preventing unauthorized personnel from entering restricted areas
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Possession of a valid guard card is required. If you do not have one, we can assist you in obtaining it.
- Comfortable approaching and communicating with a diverse range of people
- Ability to conduct security officer duties in a professional and courteous manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an unarmed security officer
- Possession of OC certification
- Possession of a valid CCW (Concealed Carry Weapons) permit
